How do I return an item?
Patterns cannot be returned, however we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order, ie. the pattern is damaged, missing information, or if you need to contact the pattern publisher for sewing help. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.
